Struggling to Find Relief for My Anxiety

I’ve tried hydroxzine it knocked me out and it scared me I couldn’t stay awake. I am also searching for a new dr ! Also going to therapy

A lot of doctors are like this. I had to try three different psychiatrists before I got one who would give me even 15 tabs of Ativan with no refills for emergencies. I’d recommend shopping around for other doctors or trying hydroxyzine if you haven’t already. Good luck!!

I was prescribed Effexor , abilify and propranolol I haven’t started it yet but I am tomorrow all except the propranolol bc that scares me to bad I just wish I could have soemthing to get me through so I could function

No I don’t but this girl I have been watching on insta and tik tok her family owns a farm it’s called Appalachian standard and I’ve wanted to try ugh I’m scared. I’m terrified of thc I use to smoke when I was younger but since my anxiety I am to scared to do literally anything.
