    When I feel an episode coming on, I like to clench my fists and butt, (I know it sounds weird) but it does help the blood to flow to the right places faster. Also, I try to drink as much water as I possibly can and avoid any and all caffeine. Hope this helps!

      haha! I have anxiety disorders so I’m pretty much clenching 24/7 😂😂 I’ve heard people say caffeine is helpful for pots but it’s always made me feel worse! And it gives me upset stomach!

      same plus I take an NaCl tablet three times a day and add salt to whatever I can! My doctor recommended 4 grams of salt and 3 liters of water a day
