      I also felt like this until marijuana starting making me feel nauseous so now I’m trying to find other stuff that can help. Do you have a comfort show and do like self care things? Just laying down and un-tightening your shoulders with a cold face mask with a good comfort show/movie that’s relaxing or music that can shut your brain off really helps.

        @SpacePunk Yeah I think I’ve been starting to experience some negative symptoms like I’ve had a headache for four days but it could be unrelated. I try to decompress like that but I think I’m always so anxious for stimulation that it’s hard but I’ve been working on that. I also just don’t have a lot of time and when I’m home I’m like on call for my parents because both their healths aren’t so good so I’m just constantly on edge and it just feels like there’s no answer honestly. I am gonna try to take your advice tho
