Tinnitus stinks and 20-30 million Americans suffer and there seems to be no help. Saw an audiologist - that’s no help. It’s unreal. What supplements can help.

          @Pappabear I read it somewhere when I was down the rabbit hole. I tried it and I think it helped at first. But I take b-12 now and not sure if it is helping. My blood pressure is kinda high so I think that is what is causing my tinnitus. Also I have long Covid now and that might also be contributing to it. I try to ignore it as much as I can. But my other symptoms are much worse to deal with. I’ll take my tinnitus any day over long Covid.

        @Another_Joe Hello Joe, I just had my B-12 levels checked 1950 very high I stopped taking B-12 for now.

      Tinnitus really does stink! It can drive me crazy at times, I believe it leads to lack of sleep and a depressed mood. Sometimes noting helps not even hearing aids. I wonder if any serious research is being conducted? I believe their is an underlining condition causing tinnitus because it seems to be in the brain and not in the ears.
