I am having an extremely hard time getting up for work. It's not the waking up part. It's the getting out of bed when my alarms go off. I'm so tired all the time and have such low motivation it feels impossible to get out of bed.

I feel this to my core. I’m always 10 minutes or so late to work because I can’t get myself out of bed no matter how much sleep I’ve gotten. I’ve had to recruit my husband to make me get out of bed so I don’t snooze my alarms and end up getting out of bed when I’m supposed to be leaving
I have to plug my phone in far away from the bed so that I have no choice but to get up to turn my alarm off. Then in addition to that, I downloaded an app that makes you complete a task (math, memory games, walking, etc.) in order to turn the alarm off. Some days it still doesn’t work, but it’s the only thing that’s given me any success at all 😂
You’re not alone. My blood pressure is really low in the morning that my body is always so sore and exhausted when I first wake up. I also don’t really wake up to my alarms so I need someone to wake me up and make sure I stay awake.
