I know this is stupid, but I used to play Minecraft for hours a day, but now I can’t even get myself to open the app. Why is this? And is there a solution? I just miss it so much.

Also it’s not stupid at all. Everything we feel or do is VALID. You are valid

Burn out :/ I’m the same it comes in waves. You’ll get back into it
it might have been a hyperfixation that has since faded, I've had that happen with video games
thank you so much for asking this question. i thought i was the only one who had this.
It’s possible you’re just burnt out from it. Also, if there’s any type of trauma you might have experienced related to Minecraft or to whatever console you play it on, that could have an affect. I hardly play anything on my PC any more after I had a falling out with friends who I used to do it with. The only solution I can think of would be to have someone who you can play with. Them pressuring you (in a respectful way) to play could help you get the motivation you need to get back on
