I get so annoyed/angry when I have a cold or I am sick. I get annoyed how tired I am when I’m sick and how hard it is for me to do basic tasks and self care. I know it’s not rational, it’s not my fault, but I get upset and end up taking it out on those around me and myself. Just needed to vent! I’m working on it.
