Hip Replacement: One or Two at a Time?

I think I’m going to have a hip replacement, possibly two! Has anyone had two at the same time or one right after the other?

Yes, I had my left one done in Oct. then the other one in Jan. I think it may be standard practice to have them done 3 months apart. I wouldn't take on having them both done at once even though recovery is relatively short.
