it is very hard for me to get over my knee dislocations. they keep me up at night with flashbacks. no one seems to understand the pain and trauma until they see it happen first hand. one of my best friends tripped me as a joke and it happened. the ambulance had to come and it was extremely traumatic. it’s hard to stay friends with him because looking at him triggers flashbacks. he is also my boyfriends best friend. i don’t want to ruin any friendships including my own but it’s just so hard to get over it
