Hi. New here. Anyone have this and been diagnosed. I have had lot of burping belching fullness in upper stomach diaphragm area. Pain right in the center sternum where ribs separate. Is this gas bloating. Supposed to do endoscopy soon. Don’t want to. Nervous. Some days the pain or pressure not there I feel fine but when it it is feels awful. Can bloating make u feel this bad. Manuka honey seems to take it away but worry about blood sugar.
