UGH!!! panic attacks at 1:30am because someone was sitting on the stairs outside my apartment smoking. Anytime anyone gets close to my door I have a total meltdown and have to triple check the house for intruders. I’m so tired of this. I’m afraid to leave my apartment bc I don’t want anyone memorizing my schedule and knowing when I’m not home so they can break in. I have panic attacks about someone being in here multiple times a week. I’m so exhausted.
