So frustrated. Since I got COVID and worsening reactions to gluten contamination, I’ve been having very little appetite. One meal a day if I’m lucky. I despise sweet now, which used to be my favorite. Only things I tolerate are GF chips, rice cakes, a little meat, a little veg, and other forms of potatoes. What y’all do?

    I've been making a lot of Chinese food and eating bok choy stir fries. My body can't handle much food of any kind.

      that stinks. Mine either. My body only does one meal a day. Can’t handle more than that. Not sure exactly why
