      @doodle123 I've been there for nearly 5 days throwing up and crying and screaming but know it does pass It will pass it just takes time Taking deep breaths and try placing ur feet firmly on the ground and name 3 things u can see 2 things u can smell And 1 thing u can feel

      I got flu. And turned into pnemonia and haven’t been sleeping well. Even though I’m taking cough medicine , the cough and my anxiety are keeping me up
