Everywhere I go I’m made fun of for being r*tarded.. even though I’m masking and nobody realizes i really have autism. it’s really hard to be made fun of every day for a condition they think is a funny, made up excuse for being “stupid” while i really do have mental disabilities. i struggle with the idea that “autistic” became something to call people as an insult. Any ideas to help with coping? Everyone just tells me to ignore it :/
