I agree... Of all my ailments? This one messes with my self image the most. I have had to learn to stop caring but that opens its own list of issues. It's hard to prioritize yourself and build yourself up when you feel gross all the time.

You are not alone. Out of all of my illnesses HS is the one that is the worst for my self esteem. I hope you will find a medication/natural remedy mixture that works for you to relieve some of the physical symptoms which will help your mental health.
