Recommendations for tasty electrolyte powder for POTS?

ooh also! soy sauce is a fantastic addition to any salty food or snack. it can be bought in bulk, has 1000 mg of sodium for every tablespoon, and is 3.00 at the grocery store as opposed to other electrolytes that are 30.00 for only 500 or 800 mg. sugar free too!!

It's not a powder, but I use LyteShow drops. They are basically tasteless and you can add them to any drink. Have really helped me with hydration.

liquid iv is a really good thing for starting out with electrolyte powders! i personally am not a fan of the strawberry flavor, but all of the other ones i’ve tried haven’t tasted too bad. I’d also recommend getting a really big water bottle. you won’t want to refill it 4 times a day, so get something that can hold 64-72 ounces at once, decorate it however you’d like, and then bring it everywhere!!

Yes! I love pedialyte (the Advance/adult blue one) but it’s pretty expensive so my next go to (and with more electrolytes and salt) is Kinderlyte! I like the advanced and berry flavor best, and get it powdered. Best tasting one I think, and has around 800mg of sodium and other electrolytes, which is more than pedialyte. TriOral is also very cheap and has over 1g of sodium and more electrolytes but doesn’t taste great, so I mix 1/2 TriOral (for the lots of salt) and 1/2 Kinderlyte for the flavor!
