      @BethAA i’m trying! It is so ungodly hot here, it’s hard to breathe! That in itself causes anxiety. I woke up this morning and I could hardly breathe. I’m just taking one hour at a time hoping for a big rain storm to cool things off!🥵

          @Heidi_M yes it's been hot here too. I'm sorry about the anxiety but I get it...I have anxiety about certain things.
