I’m relapsing into my eating disorder. I want to be thin again.

You HAVE to be safe with whatever you do. Recovery takes a long time and you won't regret it when you're able to think clearly and not be tired all the time. And if you relapse, well, that's part of the journey too. And it sucks! It's miserable. But in whatever you do, please stay safe ❤️

@ringostarr oh dude, i understand and am in the same boat. the only thing that really worked for me was healing my relationship with food, and when changes to my body happen, i try to accept it because my life is sooo much more fun when i can do things. like, it feels great to be able to think, walk, work out, go to work, and i LOVE eating with people. i LOVE going out for drinks. i don't particularly enjoy the extra kilo or two, but changes started happening, i kind of only felt sad that i had been missing out for so long.

Oh honey! No... Sweetheart embrace your inner Queen and strut that stuff like you are BOSS! There are a world of men out there who love a healthy woman. Trust that!!! My ex husband wanted me thinner. I got REAL THIN after I left him. Then he wanted me back. Never do something like that for anyone other than yourself. If you want it in your heart go get em tiger! But if you are doing this for society.... Uh no!

I totally understand, but remember that your body is simply a vessel. It doesn’t mean anything. You deserve to be loved no matter what. Relapse is a part of recovery <3
