Anyone's else's fatigue from anxiety hit you so hard you get nauseous and just want to cry? Makes me always spiral thinking that something is seriously wrong with me that the drs aren't catching.

      I always tell my doctor to check the physical before the mental. You be surprised how vitamin d or even if your b12 is out of wack. How it can cause a lot of issues.

      I do get that. And lately I’m nauseated a LOT just here lately. I’m having constant stomach issues. I basically have to carry every type of stomach medication every place I go.
