Increased Adderall dose not helping with focus

The Ritalin does give me energy and I think more focus but where’s the motivation to do anything at all drug. I can only seem to do what’s necessary for living.

Adderol didn’t help me and made me feel weird and cranky. Vivance did nothing. Stratera did nothing. Just getting on Ritalin and it seems to be working the best for me.

My therapist said “if you don’t notice a difference when you don’t take a dose, it’s not enough” I’m up to 30mg, 20 am and 10 in the afternoon. It’s helped a lot
