Does anyone know how to ease sudden nausea/severe bloating? I take zofran and sometimes ginger but have emetaphobia so nausea and vomiting are a huge no for me

@Mac2 I don’t want to rely on it either, I just got diagnosed with gastroparesis so maybe that’s the cause?

I’m also pretty reliant on Zofran but don’t want to have to rely on only that, interested as well I wish you luck in finding answers:)

Root beer, sea bands and try salt. It’s hard I feel like there’s okay days and bad days praying for you
