Dealing with Health Issues and Anxiety

Welcome! I too am glad I found this app. I am excited and hopeful we can learn and have a better understanding of what’s happening with us. And learn new coping skills. In my own experience, I know my anxiety stems from my health issues. I tried denying it for years thinking it was a weakness of some sort. But of course now I know it has nothing to do with being weak. In my case, it’s an unfortunate product of health trauma I experienced 20 years ago. I guess one could call it a form of PTSD.
