Normal is an illusion! Try to discover what makes you feel better. Not just in regards to pain/energy. Holistically, for your whole body, your whole self! What kinds of people make you feel better? What kinds of foods? Clothes? Vitamins? Music? Medications? Meditations? Physical types of therapies? Talk therapy? Acceptance. How much do you accept your pain/energy levels? Why? (Try loving your sickness the way you would a sick child) How does having empathy for yourself change your perception of pain/misery? I know it seems annoying to keep being told to be hopeful and open minded when it feels like you’ve tried everything. But keep trying. Recovering/coping with chronic illness is a lifelong process. Try to be patient and simultaneously curious with yourself and your health care physicians. Changing the focus from problem solving to curiosity. Self discovery. Try to do this with love! You’re only trying to get better, so be gentle! Don’t yell at yourself for not being good enough to be better. ❤️ idk if this resonates but I’m rooting for you

There are several treatments you can get without any diagnosis. Acupuncture is very helpful for pain, and you can do it even if you have no diagnosis.
