What are your after-work routines? I’m feeling stuck with mine, where I end up just sitting and watching something and eating. Not that it’s a bad thing, sometimes that’s just what I need. But I know I get comfy doing the same things, so having ideas from outside of me helps! Any suggestions on what might be helpful to do after work for soreness (from being on your feet), and to recharge after having to mask socially?
