Does anyone have sexual kinks and fetishes they find hard to be open about with significant others? Or feel shame because of the things you’re into?

definitely. I get really insecure about sexual things in my relationship, especially because my partner is on antidepressants which are lowering her sex drive a ton, and I'm hypersexual. It's hard to combat even the guilt of thinking about her sexually and knowing she isn't into it right now, and it makes it really tough to initiate things or even talk about it because I always worry I'll be "too much" or overstep boundaries.

I wish I could say, but unfortunately right now, I'm single and it's a long story, but from what you have mentioned, I definitely feel your frustration but it also sounds like your lady is enjoying it and wants to help you to open up and enjoy it too. I do wish you both the best and I hope I get to that point myself 😊😊

How did she react to you telling her? Was she on board? Even after you’ve talked about it do you ever just feel uncomfortable or odd engaging in those activities? I always worry my partner isnt as comfortable as she leads on to be. She’ll even ask me herself if i want to engage in those sexual activities because she knows i feel self conscious about it. But there’s a barrier it feels like sometimes where my shame just overwhelms my desire.

I do too but I'm still trying to find a way to open up to others about them. I don't have anyone at the moment so it makes it difficult but hopefully oneday that will change
