Is it safe to take aderall with OxyContin

To combat the Jitters that come with Adderall I take 1/2 dose 10mgs bid when I do not have to be as alert [such as Driving] AS ALWAYS DISCUSS with Treating Endocrinologist & don't forget those 6mos lab values

For me, I had some jitteriness when I upped my dose and it maybe adds to my anxiety but I’m not sure if that’s me or my meds since I’ve been on them for a while. And I always take mine with food because sometimes it can give me a mild stomach ache. I’ve also heard that taking it with protein makes the effects last longer so I do that too.

For me, negative side effects subsided after 2-3 weeks of the increased dose. This was mostly being more sweaty - especially my feet :/. Also some increased anxiety. After things leveled out, I noticed a big difference in my ability to focus and even depressive symptoms. My therapist said ADHD can increase depression, and vice versa. It’s like my ADHD brain stresses itself out and accentuates my depression. I felt more positive overall, just took adjustment periods
