Does anyone have any tips for when it feels like your brain has been wrung out like a sponge, and all your dopamine is gone? Like I can’t concentrate on doing the things I enjoy, or doing activities like meditation and self care to help myself feel better

      I try to do little steps myself. Self care is hard for me sometimes and I use little steps to help when it is. Even if it's just a bowl of cereal instead of a whole meal, any little bit is a step in the right direction. Always remember too that you are doing your best, no matter how rough of a day it is!
