Best Eye Drops for Sjogren Syndrome?

I use Major Lubrifresh PM and it's the only thing I like. Everything else I have tried is useless.

I know you asked about eye drops but getting computer glasses has totally saved my eyes from feeling so gritty & dry with the amount of computer work I do.

I used every eye drop out there. My brother is my eye doctor. He put me on Xiidra eye drops. My insurance didn’t cover much of it so he wrote a letter to my insurance which helped cut the cost. I also use “Similasan ” over the counter natural drops. Put them in fridge- it’s very soothing!

I like how the biotrue ones feel! I just to use thera tears but it kinda felt think. The Sjogrens foundation suggest using preservative free ones.
