Upon falling asleep I feel dizzy and lightheaded also upon waking I am super groggy and lightheaded & have to take a deep breath upon waking or falling asleep other symptoms I have are nausea throughout the day my right ear has been infected for 3 weeks and I’ve been using antibiotic drops but it doesn’t seem to be helping does this sound like vertigo , or panic attacks or another issue ?
