I put pure aloe vera gel on the face as it is soothing and gentle, even on the eyelids. I also sometimes use Aveeno moisturizers with oats. I hope this helps. ♡♡

If you have the ability, definitely see a dermatologist! They can prescribe low strength topical steroids that are suitable for use on facial skin. If you don’t have access to a dermatologist, I’ve had success keeping my skin moisturized and spending as much time in the sun as possible. UV light has always helped my psoriasis a ton. I’ve had good experience using coal tar based products as well, which you can find over the counter. I order mine from Amazon.
