I keep seeing myself relapse in my head. i cant get the image out of my head and it keeps echoing over and over that im never going to get better. i just wish i could cry but im all out of tears.

      For me accepting and forgiving myself for relapsing (Even before it happens) helped a lot. Relapsing is a part of recovery you'll continue to recover even if you relapse.

      I know it is hard, but, for me, I just try to remember that the emotions will pass and try to work on whatever coping skills I have. Not sure just how useful it has been, but it is a good starting point.

      I relate so hard to this. I also sometimes feel like this whole thing is a sham and I have to be lying about all of my symptoms. I honestly just wish my brain would pick one or the other šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚
