      Ice and heat and stretching and rest and worse case a epidural like i got Tuesday and i feel great finally .. B12 and magnesium also , stress and anxiety lead to back pain as well ..you will be fine

        @Omy .. need to have B12 levels checked. I started having the needles and my B12 number was on the ground. It affects your nervous system.
