What topical creams have helped you to manage pain? I think Aspercreme 4% lidocaine helps me a bit. It definitely helped when I had terrible TMJ jaw pain but I used it along with a heating pad and am not sure which one helped most. I also just bought Penetrex but haven’t tried it yet.
