i think i should take a break from talking to friends but thats not the right choice. its better to keep talking and make 1000 mistakes because thats where the real friendship grows. i know its too soon but i need to give it a try. its better to try than not try at all.

    In the last few years I've realized the value of friends. In the last 3 years I've seen a friend once in May 2019 on my birthday. I don't have any close friends/anyone to talk to anymore (except a couple ppl on here recently). Besides my mom. I wish I had been more responsive to texts and people wanting to hang out bc I miss them and the social interactions and just having someone to talk to in general. Keep in contact, as long as they aren't toxic to you or you're being taken advantage of. Friends matter a ton, def more than I ever thought. Fight for your friendships if they're important people to you. Even if things go wrong, you at least know you did everything you could.
