@4byfour you’re so sweet. thank you 💘🥹
I understand that, but you’re a very good person regardless of the insecurity, and I get high every night to cope so I’m with you 100% in that field too

@Croccin If you want to talk my dms are open and I’ll be high tonight so I probably won’t remember anything in the morning if you want to just vent about whatever

Are you doing any better this morning? ❤️
@4byfour not really. i get high to make myself talk about how im feeling but it gets scary when im alone. i think back to alot of past stuff too i dont know if getting high increases those feelings or calm me down.
@rorose I get high every night. Actually, I’m just coming down from a high right now. I think I understand, and I’m really sorry for how lonely it is. There used to be a time where I’d get high only to make improvements on myself, like I’d meditate and I’d try to listen and care for my heart like a mother would. But sometimes I just feel like it’s not enough. I forget to be kind to myself sometimes. And I forget that I can handle hard emotions, too.
Take it from me. Using substances to try to dull the pain doesn’t work the way you think it’s gonna work.
i know how you’re feeling right now. when i used to get high often, i would dissect everything about myself and feel like the most hideous human. i would get so embarrassed of who i am, to the point where i convinced myself that i shouldn’t go out or interact with anyone for a long time. it was pretty intense, however, one thing that helped me was to stop smoking. but in the moment, i would just listen to music and research ways on how to improve the certain aspects of myself that i hated. if it got really bad, i would take melatonin and sleep
