I have delusional weeks sometimes where I am convinced I am someone else and I can barely sleep because I just dream of the worst parts of their lives. I’ve been afraid to sleep much lately although I am nothing but exhausted.

@GeorgeMcFly I've heard very "realistic"(I really can't think of the proper word rn...) Dreams is really common with schizo disorders, and "violent" dreams are also really common. I personally sleep w my TV on, and sometimes some music or like YouTube on my phone at the same time lol, sometimes I will have dreams of what I watched like I was also in the "videos" or whatever. Also, I personally play video games and I always have had very vivid dreams of whatever game I was playing like I am actually my character, but all these dreams seem very real to me and give me intense emotions in my dreams and even kind of when I wake up? Idk lol. When I was on medication that helped nightmares I didn't have them anymore, but I've since switched meds and I'm having those dreams again lmao

Hey, I’ve had a “similar” experience in that I believe I am someone else. You are welcome to dm if you want more info. I am sorry that you’re having trouble with sleep. Maybe listening to a podcast before bed can help? Idk. Also, when you dream about them, are you convinced the dreams are real?

@ProgresswJesus I usually sleep with my TV on, but in my dreams I AM this person and the dreams play out so realistically to me like I’m living their life. They freak me out because it involves watching someone die almost always.

@GeorgeMcFly What time period do you think these dreams are coming from? Like maybe it’s a past lives thing or something. Idk. If it’s bothering you, maybe that’s an indication that you need to do something. I don’t know if you believe in a higher power, but what I do when I have nightmares or dreams that freak me out is I call on to Jesus and pray. It works for me. I hope this helps ❤️
