Hey everyone! Hope you are doing well :) I’ve been dealing with a lot of extreme panic attacks, general anxiety, and depression lately, as well as a lot of guilt/shame about stupid life choices I’ve made recently. Just wondering if anyone might have any advice on ways to relieve some of those feelings.

I’ve felt with this as well and I’d say that one thing that I did was extract myself from the situations that caused those feelings. As well as worked on things that helped me feel better about myself. And the biggest thing was finding someone to talk about the way how I feel. I got a therapist and it’s been nice to know that I can share things that I don’t feel comfortable to share with friends sometimes. Plus they can give advice too about ways to help resolve some of those issues. I hope this helped ♡

@Toria25 Thanks for responding! I have just recently started therapy for this very reason, but I am struggling because my therapist has very limited availability lately and I’ve struggled to find someone else to talk to who I feel comfortable sharing things with. Just curious, what are some ways you have been able to extract yourself from difficult situations (if you don’t mind sharing) :)
