How do you deal with the nightmares other than medications? It’s getting hard to sleep again and I don’t have access to minipress anymore

      @Shania It’s very difficult to deal with. Some of my nightmares end up being lucid dreams so I know it’s a dream and control my actions, but I can feel everything that happens to me and I can’t wake myself up

      I currently also have the same problem as you right now. The nightmares feel so real & I don't realize we they aren't real til I wake up. It's very traumatizing

        @BaileyFawn Does it work good? I stopped using all types of cannabis a while ago and idk if want to again bc I have a very addictive personality and don’t want to bring back other problems. But I’m getting desperate at this point. So I might. Sorry I’m rambling lol. But like. Does it stop your nightmares or just make them more bearable?

          @ChronicWitch2.0 I do the same and it works for me, but if you're worried about getting psychologically addicted I would reccomend trying CBD instead! That doesn't work as well for me, but it does for some. I also reccomend Valerian root. It helps my sleep significantly! It has a warning of giving many folks weird dreams, but I've noticed that (at least for me personally) these dreams have never been nightmares. Strange dreams, but not traumatic.
