The Struggle with MCTD: What's the Hardest Part?

I was an active duty Marine. Going from a very physically active Marine (running every other day/lifting weights, snowboarding every weekend) to barely being able to walk around the block has really been hard for me. I also am dealing with chronic pain in my knees from painful screws from a corrective surgery. So, I’ve got a lot going on.
