Well, if you're religious (doesn't matter what religion) focus on that. Also, try to ignore feeling abandoned by focusing on just what made you enter the relationship in the first place. Try not to focus on the abandonment real or imagined. Think about the beginning.

The one thing that keeps me going are the hugs my cats give me. I've also started painting my feelings on canvas, even though I'm crap at painting.

@loosely_k basically what I did was buy some cheap paint and canvas and I painted it out with my hands and fingers. It lets all the negative energy out onto the canvas while giving the same endorphins that sh used to give me. (I'm two years clean now)
