Hey, I don’t even know why I’m writing this but I just need to say that I don’t have enough spoons for this day/week/year. I’m exhausted and have chronic pain flare ups all the time

I totally hear you. I have two young children and trying to take care of them, myself and my husband while having my health issues is a lot. Just do what you can and that has to be enough! Exhausting yourself isn’t going to help anything and will probably exacerbate your pain. Hang in there!
