can anyone who works/worked in data entry tell me about it? i don't know anything of the trade but desperately need a job right now

I've worked in data entry before. It was my first job, sorta. It's not too hard, just inputting data into a spreadsheet into Microsoft Excel or whatever they use. I didn't work there too long but I'd do it again, given the chance.
