Struggling with Trichotillomania

this is condition is not talked about enough, when i was a kid my parents would never stop arguing and my dad with physically abuse my mom, and since i was also the oldest daughter to two boys i had to look after them alot of the time, i started to pull my hair out, my eye lashes and my eye brows too, i think it was due to all the stress i was under with my parents and having to grow up early, i had this for maybe four years and it was so bad, and i know it sounds gross but i would consume my hair, i don’t like saying that because im scared to receive judgement but i feel that this is a safe enough space to admit it
