Can Crohn's be put into remission through diet?

Anyone been able to get to remission from Crohns through changing diet? That’s the last thing I need to try haha I’ve been holding out

      @cheesepuff I've been on SCD for 1.5 years. There's Phases of the diet and depends on how you're advancing. Blanched almond flour is introduced in the earlier phases, eventually regular almond flour, and finally whole almonds in the advance phase with months of being symptom free.

        @GoPackGo I looked into this diet I thought we couldnt eat nuts with Crohn's is there new evidence stating we can cuz that would be awesome
