Does the cold weather make anyone else’s joints get swollen and painful? I have arthritis, and the cold weather makes it so much worse! My knees get especially swollen and painful; today we got a cold front and it made my knees lock up and start to hurt so bad. It also affects my elbows a lot! I’m just glad that it doesn’t get my hands/wrists too badly because I’m an artist full time, but I wish I could manage the pain better. I can’t take ibuprofen or anything like that due to allergies I have, so I usually try to use icy hot patches or creams. Anyone else get this problem? I love the cold, but the cold does NOT love me!! XD
