Looking for tips on how to help support my significant other. We’ve been married for about 6 years(known each other for like 9). Things have steadily gotten worse over time. SO used to be so motivated and driven and now barely gets out of bed. We lost our pre-approval for buying a house because SO couldn’t stop calling out of work. SO has put on a bunch of weight. Has increased spending when we can’t afford it and constantly is ordering out food when we have stuff to cook/make at home. We’ve been losing money since January and are practically to the point we can’t afford our place anymore and might have to significantly downsize or become homeless. I have my own mental health struggles but at this point I feel like I’m the only thing keeping us together. Looking for suggestions…

I think you need to sit you significant other down and have a real conversation with them🙏🏼 they need to realize how real both of your situations are, and how it's affecting you AND of course affecting both of you
