Definitely up your salt intake! It helps increase blood pressure. I make sure I have more than normal when I’m clammy. Also drink a lot of water. Get those tablets to add to the water which gives you more electrolytes. These two things are the best things to do!

Salt and water is a great first step. My doctor recommends I drink at least 100oz of water a day and take 6g of table salt a day through the form of Vitassium Salt Stick capsules. I take 6 in the morning and 6 at night. Compression socks are good if you can tolerate the heat they bring on. Daily exercise is super important.

Try removing gluten, dairy, going grain-free, sugar, and removing night shades for a solid 3 months and see what happens! If you can talk to your doctor about Cromolyn too for POTS, it was a game changer
@katehall also, Low Dose Naltrexone and Vyvanse have been unbelievably helpful for my brain fog as well
