CW: mention of loss, d*ath I recently lost my dog which was really traumatic for me. She was my best friend and things were really unexpected, and it’s triggered a mixed episode that’s been effecting my sleep. On top of that, somebody recently quite harshly said choice words about my conditions, following my attempt to keep the conversation mature about why I was upset. It’s really hard not to just go absolutely ballistic, my thoughts are nightmarish some days, even though I would never want to intentionally hurt anybody. My biggest issue is sleep. How do you get yourself out of that mindset so you can just calm down and sleep? Even when I’m finally done being angry, the grieving keeps me up. It’s tough.
