God does heal. Healing is one of the main purposes of Jesus Christ. He heals your wounds so you're strong enough to go out and keep fighting. Continuing to fight means you will end up getting hurt again, but every. single. time. you can run to him and he will heal you. Some people don't understand that principle, and to others it's their entire reason for functioning. You all do what you need to do to function.
