So this has happened quite a few times I wake up my heart racing skipping beats but before going to bed I ate sweets and my anxiety has been high took 2 Ativan and about hour and a half to get it calmed I also wonder it it has something to do with whatever dinner I ate was not digested and it was coming up I do have a hiheadal hernia anyone ever experience this it’s not the first time I’ve been to ER a few times always tell me my heart is fine after hooking me up Thanks y’all
